The best customer service I have ever experienced from a jeweller! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have repaired jewelry for me at very reasonable prices and in a timely manner. I have been in store and shopped online and have had great experiences with both. Very happy with this business and would definitely recommend!

I brought my Tiffany silver jewelry to Paul at Golden Hand to polish as I attempted to do it myself and failed miserably LOL! Paul made all my jewelry look even better than bran new again!
