I got the reassurance and their customer service just made it this whole ordeal smooth. I ordered online and packaging was secure and fast! Dropped off my bracelet to get 2 links added and some repair.. staff was very helpful and professional .. and as for my bracelet it looks new I am very impressed and will definitely go back to upgrade
